Orla spent her early career in sales before embarking on a career within Executive Search. From there she was offered an opportunity to join one of her banking clients as a Chief of Staff and has spent the past 20 years working for some of the worlds most prestigious financial services and consulting firms. Orla specialises in Business Transformation, Operations and Change Delivery with a specialist focus on people agendas and organisational design. She has spent with time in Asia, South Africa and Poland setting up offshore offices and service centres and has led teams across multiple locations. Outside work, she is passionate about politics and loves to travel. Orla is married with 3 children and lives in London.
