David’s career spans diplomacy, the corporate world,advisory, tech startups and think tanks. He is currently Chair of the British Foreign Policy Group and British Expertise International, a business organisation. He served as British Ambassador to Albania and to Greece and specialised in security, defence and non-proliferation. His corporate experience includes over five years as UK and Europe MD of the Tata Group’s European subsidiary. He currently holds a number of non-executive and advisory roles in the UK and overseas. He has a PhD in Linguistics from the University of Cambridge.
